From the very first days of the full-scale war, supporting Ukraine has been a priority for our group of companies. For us, this commitment is not just words. It’s about standing alongside the country, its people and our colleagues in Ukraine, and making a difference where it matters most.
In 2022, together with our parent company, Nortal, we established the Ukraine Support Fund to provide timely and effective assistance to those affected by the war. Since then, the fund has supported trusted charities, supplied essential equipment, delivered humanitarian aid and backed projects that benefit both frontline defenders and civilians in need. In 2025, the fund continued to play a vital role, directing resources to initiatives with a measurable impact on the ground.
Below, we share how these efforts supported Ukraine during the previous year.
How we turned commitment into action
At the beginning of 2025, Nortal and Pwrteams contributed another 100 000 EUR to the Ukraine Support Fund. The fund focused on providing targeted assistance to defenders on the frontline and civilians affected by the war, directing resources to three trusted charitable organisations.
Beyond financial support, our people played an active role in driving change. Colleagues participated in internal charity initiatives, including fundraising events and auctions, supporting causes close to their hearts. To amplify this impact, the company matched employee contributions through the fund, reinforcing our belief that collective action creates stronger results.
Together, these efforts reflect what defines our approach in Ukraine: long-term commitment, partnership with credible organisations and the active involvement of our teams. We are deeply grateful to everyone who contributed through donations, participation or everyday support, helping turn shared values into real impact.
