As the Chief Operations Officer at Pwrteams, Maya leads the charge in transforming the company's vision into tangible operational strategies geared towards fostering productivity and success. Firmly entrenched in the belief that effective leadership revolves around creating processes that empower individuals to drive the company’s success, Maya works closely with fellow leaders to cultivate resilient teams adept at navigating the company in the dynamic global tech landscape.  

Maya's passion lies in leveraging her business acumen alongside a positive, rational attitude to assist stakeholders in mastering the intricacies of operating across diverse countries and cultures within the global IT services industry. Her dedication extends beyond the boardroom, as she passionately explores behavioural sciences, psychology, and sociology. 

Outside of her professional endeavours, Maya is an avid traveller, history enthusiast, and culinary explorer. 

Vess started his career in web hosting and web development at the turn of the millennium. Since then, he has successfully led several infrastructures, service support and software development teams. His interest in efficient technology matches his education and degrees in Applied Mathematics and Mathematical modelling in Finance. Vess’ other interests and hobbies include history and bird watching. 

In his work he has always put the focus on technological solutions that deliver the best value in the long term and do make a difference for the better in everyday work. He believes in the transformative power of technology when applied in the correct context. In his work in product delivery and support projects, he has always emphasized building the right environment and giving team members all the knowledge, tools and confidence in their abilities as the key to success. 

The CTO role in Pwrteams aims to bring the best of the latest technologies and resulting solutions to existing clients and new prospects. The strong talent and engineering legacy of the Pwrteams team members means that this is a task of shared exploration and show-casing amazing achievements. Vess’ responsibilities also include designing and putting in place resilient and performing information systems for the company’s operational teams. 

Dana leads the teams of People & Culture and Talent Acquisition at Pwrteams driving initiatives that align with the strategic goals of the Business while enhancing employee engagement and client satisfaction.

Dana joined Pwrteams more than seven years ago, initially as part of the Talent Acquisition team, quickly advancing to lead the team. Her career trajectory continued to rise as she transitioned into the role of Client Partner, where she was responsible for managing relationships with our valued customers. Dana’s performance and gained experience in these roles led to her appointment as a Country Manager, where she now oversees the entire Polish operation, ensuring its success and growth. With over a decade of experience in various functions across the IT industry, including Operations, Client Relations, HR, and Talent Acquisition, Dana possesses the expertise to connect deeply with both employees and clients and understand their needs. This experience and people-centric approach allows her to foster long-term relationships and ensure that the company's services consistently exceed expectations.

Prior to Pwrteams Dana has worked in Recruitment at major IT outsourcing player. Dana holds a Master’s Degree in International Management, which, combined with her extensive hands-on experience, has equipped her with the skills and insights necessary to lead the People & Culture function effectively.

Outside of her professional role, Dana is passionate about personal styling and fashion. She enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends and loves discovering new places.

Gerli is the Head of Finance at Pwrteams, where she brings a wealth of expertise and dedication to her role. Her passion for finance has driven her remarkable career journey. With six years of experience as an Accounting & Finance specialist, Gerli transitioned to Nortal where she has worked her way up from Chief Accountant to Financial Controller and currently holds the position of Head of Finance. 

In her six years with the company, Gerli has proven herself as an indispensable leader, providing exemplary guidance and leadership to the finance department. She has spearheaded efforts to streamline processes, ensuring the financial health and success of the organization. Gerli's meticulous attention to detail and commitment to responsible financial management are unparalleled. 

Gerli holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Tallinn University of Technology, laying a strong foundation for her career. Furthermore, she has recently successfully concluded an intensive Finance Business Partnering program, enhancing her ability to drive strategic financial decisions within the organization. Additionally, Gerli is currently in the final stages of completing her Master of Business Administration (MBA) studies, adding to her already impressive academic credentials. 

In addition to her academic achievements and professional expertise, Gerli is certified as a Mental Health First Aider, underscoring her dedication to fostering a positive and supportive workplace environment. Jonas is an experienced leader with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and market expansion across diverse industries. As the Head of Sales and Marketing at Pwrteams, he focuses on crafting outstanding experiences for Pwrteams valued existing and to-be customers.

Jonas professional career is marked by a passion for building long-lasting customer relationships and delivering value add on customers individual needs. He oversees the strategic vision behind all of Pwrteams sales and marketing initiatives and focuses on building and leading high-performance teams and foster a culture of excellence.

Prior to joining Pwrteams, Jonas has worked in Management Consulting with the focus on improving operations of corporate enterprises and held various roles across Nortal Group, where he focused on establishing Nortals business development operations dedicated to the German market. He holds degrees in Business Psychology and Business Administration.

Outside of his professional pursuits, Jonas can be found spending and enjoying time with the family, on the tennis court or behind the wheel of his (not-so-secret passion) classic cars.

As the Head of Client Partners, Sviatoslav ensures the delivery of customized IT services that precisely meet diverse client needs. He leads a skilled team of Client Partners in the strategic engagement of customer relationships. His approach is centered on fostering long-term relationships and ensuring Pwrteams services surpass customer expectations. 

Having held the role of Client Partner himself, Sviatoslav's rich background in client service management allows him to mentor his team toward operational excellence effectively.  

Sviatoslav began his career at Pwrteams eight years ago as Head of Recruitment, where he honed his leadership and team-building skills. He later advanced to become the Kyiv Delivery Center Manager, overseeing project execution and operational management. This progression through pivotal roles equipped him with deep insights into team dynamics and client service excellence, which he now leverages in his current position 

Sviatoslav is currently pursuing an MBA at the Kyiv School of Economics, demonstrating his commitment to continuous professional development.
