Whose payroll will the team member be on?
The team members will be on Pwrteams' payroll. We handle all the administrative and HR tasks, ensuring they're fully integrated into our system. This way, you can focus on managing your project while we take care of payroll and other complexities.

Yes, we offer both short-term and long-term collaboration options. While we aim to build lasting teams, we understand that some projects need shorter engagement. For these, we offer a specialized service called "
Team as a Service" designed for temporary projects. This flexibility lets us meet your needs, whether you’re looking for ongoing support or short-term assistance.
What is your pricing structure?
We use a cost-plus pricing model. This means we determine the total cost of hiring and employing a candidate (Cost-to-Company) and add Pwrteams' service fee to that. Additional charges may apply for optional services, such as workspace facilities, hardware provision, or IT support. The result is a transparent monthly fee per candidate.
Is there a trial period?
Yes! During the trial period (first month), a one-week notice is required, and no exit fee is applicable. After the trial period, several termination options apply. It's worth noting that 96% of our candidates successfully pass the trial period.
How long does it take to hire a new candidate?
It usually takes about 4-8 weeks to hire a team member. The timeframe depends on factors like market conditions, the technology needed, and the availability of specialists.
Do you charge any onboarding fees?
Yes, we charge an onboarding fee of 1,000 EUR per team member, but this fee is only applied after a successful hire. This means that starting cooperation with us and the entire recruitment process is completely risk-free for you.
How easy is it to scale down the team?
We are flexible with scaling down the number of resources. After the trial period, the notice period depends on the specific talent market, typically ranging from 1 to 3 months. No exit fee is applied.
