What you'll do

You will provide high quality support of Pwrteams infrastructure, employees and customer requests

Support Pwrteams servers and services

Support Pwrteams users and workstations, resolve customer requests

Perform other duties as assigned
What we're looking for
-
3+ years of technical support experience in hardware/software area
-
Higher education in computer science/technical field
-
Knowledge in:
-
MS Windows (desktop, server), MacOS, Linux operating systems
-
networking (Mikrotik, Aruba)
- virtualization (Proxmox)
- MS365, MS Azure, MS Azure DevOps
-
- Upper-intermediate level of written and spoken English
- Good communications skills
- Planning and ability to multitask effectively
