Senior Account Executive – New Business

What you'll do

  • Own the Close: Drive net-new recurring revenue by closing strategic new logo deals from both inbound and outbound opportunities. 
  • Hunt Smart: Build and manage your pipeline, fueled by marketing, SDRs, and your own creative prospecting. 
  • Consultative Selling: Understand client pain points and deliver tailored nearshore team solutions that help them scale. 
  • Collaborate to Win: Work cross-functionally with leadership, client partners, and delivery teams to ensure deals are structured for success. 
  • Sales Strategy: Help shape our sales playbook and improve how we sell, forecast, and measure success. 
  • Data-Driven: Keep your CRM spotless (we use HubSpot), track key metrics, and forecast accurately. 

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years in a B2B closing sales role, with a strong track record in new business acquisition
  • Confident in consultative, solution-based sales — ideally in SaaS, BPO, or professional services. 
  • A hunter mindset with creative, persistent prospecting strategies (in conjunction with BDR + marketing support). 
  • Strong communicator with the ability to navigate complex decision-making processes. 
  • Comfortable working remote, with occasional travel to meet prospects and teams. 
  • Fluent English and Dutch
