About the Project
You will be assigned to work with one of our client’s prestigious partners—a subsidiary of an international OEM shaping the future of mobility through software-driven innovations. The company develops operating systems, software platforms, and digital services for next-generation vehicles using state-of-the-art technologies and agile methodologies.

Specifically, you will support a long-term project in the legal and data protection domain, ensuring the success of critical initiatives in compliance and regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a Project Management Office (PMO) Consultant, supporting the legal/data protection team in project coordination and management.
  • Organise and facilitate project meetings, ensuring effective communication and documentation of key decisions and action points.
  • Manage and maintain project tools, such as Confluence and Jira, ensuring efficient collaboration and reporting.
  • Support project planning, resource management, and timeline tracking to ensure successful delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders in legal, IT, and software development.
  • Provide insights into data protection regulations (e.g., DSGVO) and ensure compliance within project deliverables.
  • Analyse project requirements and processes, providing recommendations for optimisation.

Requirements

  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English (B2–C1); German is a plus.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of consulting experience, ideally within a PMO role.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Knowledge of SAFe methodologies (certification is a plus).
    • Proficiency in tools such as Confluence, Jira, and MS 365.
    • Basic understanding of DSGVO (General Data Protection Regulation) or a willingness to learn.
  • Industry Knowledge: An understanding of or interest in software development is preferred; experience in the automotive industry is a strong advantage.

    • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
