The Role
What you'll do

Be a partner with the Social Media Product Owner to execute the roadmap for social listening technologies and their business applications within the company

Configure, integrate, and optimize platforms such as Talkwalker to align with marketing, communications, and customer service objectives

Build dashboards, automated reports and custom workflows that deliver actionable insights across Marketing, Customer Service, and Operations

Develop monitoring frameworks for brand sentiment, competitor activity, emerging trends, and customer feedback

Act as a technical and analytical partner for teams using social data to support engagement and decision-making

Test new features and advanced configurations to improve efficiency and unlock new use cases

Document queries, taxonomies, workflows, and processes to ensure consistency and scalability
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in social listening, consumer insights, market research, or digital analytics
- Hands-on experience configuring and managing social listening platforms such as Hootsuite/Talkwalker
- Advanced Boolean query and taxonomy design skills
- Experience building dashboards, reports, and automated workflows
- Strong analytical and storytelling abilities, with experience delivering actionable insights
- Strong presentation skills (PowerPoint, Google Slides)
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal customers and to communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Strategic thinking and curiosity about culture, consumers, and brand behavior
Nice-to-have
- Certifications in Talkwalker, Hootsuite, or similar platforms
- Technical familiarity with APIs, data integration, and reporting solutions
- Experience designing automation workflows for monitoring and reporting
- Experience with no-code / low-code automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, Power Automate) and/or Python, R, or SQL
- Understanding of digital ecosystems including SEO, paid media, and content strategy
- Knowledge of GDPR and global data privacy regulations
- Multilingual capabilities
