People & Client Partner

The Role:

In this role, you will be part of the People and Culture team consisting of experienced People Partners and People Operations Specialists.

As a People & Client Partner at Pwrteams, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day service delivery, leading and supporting customer's teams, maintaining team engagement, and keeping clients satisfied. You will support both internal delivery teams and external clients by ensuring high performance, good communication, and early issue resolution.

What you'll do

People & Team Management:

  • Serve as the main contact person for the customers' team members, offering guidance, motivation, and day-to-day support
  • Coordinate onboarding of new team members to client projects, ensuring alignment with team dynamics and delivery expectations
  • Conduct One2One meetings and check-ins in your client teams
  • Assist the team in resolving blockers with the client and support them in managing work-related or personal challenges
  • Coordinate unified performance feedback to team members, incorporating input from clients, peers etc.
  • Coordinate with the customer to implement and track individual growth plans focused on both technical and soft skills and career development
  • Handle conflicts, manage performance issues, terminations
  • Support team well-being and engagement into company life

Client Operations:

  • Act as the daily contact for clients and internal teams, ensure smooth delivery on clients requests
  • Prepare and present budgets, reports and dashboards
  • Track performance metrics and team engagement
  • Identify team risks and improvement areas
  • Monitor KPIs, workload, and team resources, when necessary

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of experience in a HR Business Partner role
  • Local labour legislation knowledge
  • Experience with reporting tools, budgets and dashboards, attention to details
  • Proactive Communication: Clear and timely communicator, adaptable to different stakeholders and cultural contexts
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: Solution-oriented, proactive in identifying and resolving potential issues
  • Team Collaboration: Effective collaborator across different teams like Finance, Sales, People & Culture
  • Empathy and Leadership: Strong interpersonal skills to support and motivate team members through challenges
  • Understanding of Agile workflows, time-tracking tools, and performance management frameworks
  • Background or familiarity with software development environments is a strong plus
