Digitalization Specialist

Type of employment: Full-time

We are looking for a detail-oriented and meticulous individual to join our team for a 2-month contract as a Digitalization Specialist for HR records. The main responsibilities include converting paper-based employee documentation into electronic format, ensuring proper archiving, and collaborating with the HR department. The ideal candidate should have a command of Microsoft Excel, a good understanding of digital document management, and the ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive data.

Responsibilities:

  • Digitalizing employee records in accordance with established standards.
  • Verifying the accuracy of scanned documents and ensuring proper electronic archiving.
  • Creating and managing Excel databases related to employee documentation.
  • Collaborating with the HR department to update and maintain employee files.
  • Ensuring data confidentiality and compliance with GDPR.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Attention to detail and high accuracy in executing tasks.
  • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
  • Experience with document management systems is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of HR policies and labor law would be an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of personnel files
  • English B1/B2
