This role sits within the Tech team. The drivers behind our platform – brilliant people working together to create, code, and build the next game changers.
What you'll do
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions
- Build and enhance Salesforce applications, integrations, and customizations using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other cutting-edge technologies.
- Delivering innovation through software to automate processes that enable Funding Circle to operate at scale
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing innovative solutions to meet business needs
- Document technical designs, processes, and workflows to maintain a comprehensive knowledge base
- Supporting our production systems
What we're looking for
- Proven previous hands-on experience with enterprise Salesforce implementations particularly with Sales and Service clouds
- Familiarity with Agile software delivery and the use of tools such as Jira, Github and CI/CD
- Highly developed listening skills, excellent customer service skills, and strong professional written and oral communication skills
- Experience working with Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, JavaScript, and Lightning Experience with 3rd party applications (Docusign/Conga) would be beneficial
