The role
Pwrteams is currently looking to hire a Salesforce System Administrator for Nortal, our mother company. Nortal is a strategic digital transformation partner for leading companies and governments around the world. We are seeking an experienced professional who is eager to expand into a hybrid Salesforce Admin/Developer and build deep expertise across the ecosystem of the platform.
This role is centered around implementing and configuring Certinia (Salesforce-based Cloud PSA & ERP Software) for Nortal’s internal operations, with a focus on configuration, automation and integration. Post-implementation, you will have the chance to dive into Salesforce development, customizing and optimizing our solution.
What you'll do
- Be the focal point of the Certinia implementation program, ensuring successful configuration, customization, and system optimization
- Manage ongoing administration, including security, automation, troubleshooting, and data management
- Post-launch, expand into development and design solutions using Apex, Visualforce Pages and Lightning Components
- Serve as a key point of contact for user support and training across departments
- Collaborate with internal teams to design, build, and deploy scalable solutions using CI/CD tools
What we're looking for
- Proven experience as a Salesforce System Administrator, with a strong track record in configuration, automation, and customization
- Eager to develop Salesforce technical skills, gaining knowledge in Apex, Visualforce Pages, and Lightning Components
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid role, balancing system administration and development
- Familiarity with Salesforce tools like Conga and DocuSign; Certinia experience is a strong plus
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a passion for transforming business processes
