The role
Pwrteams is currently looking to hire a Marketing Analytics Manager for a large multinational company in Consumer Electronics to join our Marketing Analytics and Strategy team, specifically supporting the Personal Workspace group, which includes different peripheral devices.
This role will partner closely with one Marketing Data Analyst and work collaboratively with the broader Global Direct E-Commerce team. The Marketing Analytics Manager will engage with various teams such as Commercial, Marketing, Site Experience, CRM, UI/UX, Merchandising, and Development to identify relevant data and insights that can shape the future of the e-commerce business.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in marketing analytics and a proven ability to leverage data to drive business decisions.
What you'll do
Leadership and Collaboration:
- Manage and mentor a Marketing Data Analyst, ensuring the delivery of high-quality insights and recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Commercial, Marketing, Site Experience, CRM, UI/UX, Merchandising, and Development, to align on strategic goals and initiatives
Data Analysis and Insights:
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of dashboards, providing real-time insights to stakeholders
- Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing campaigns, customer behavior, and e-commerce workflows to identify trends and opportunities
- Synthesize information across various data sources, including campaign performance, customer analytics, and market research, to generate actionable insights
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior management and other internal stakeholders through compelling "stories" that convey the relevant insights
- Develop and articulate thoughts and strategic recommendations effectively in slide decks for presentations.
Technical Expertise:
- Provide input on new tagging efforts and marketing tracking support based on analytical findings
- Utilize advanced analytics techniques, including forecasting and machine learning, to predict market trends and consumer behaviour
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data across all marketing platforms and touchpoints.
Performance Measurement:
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies
- Support the triforce Work team to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement with existing and future launches
What we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred
- At least 10 years of experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or a related field
- Proven experience in managing and mentoring junior analysts
- Extensive experience in using marketing analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics for data collection, analysis, and reporting
- Demonstrated success in using data to drive marketing strategy and decision-making
- Experience with A/B testing methodologies and campaign performance analysis
Technical & Analytical Skills:
- Proficiency in working with marketing analytics tools is mandatory
- Advanced skills in data manipulation and analysis using tools such as SQL, R, or Python
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to present insights effectively
- Familiarity with machine learning techniques and predictive modelling is a plus
- Strong ability to synthesize large volumes of data from diverse sources into clear, actionable insights
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to identify gaps and opportunities in marketing activities
- In-depth understanding of e-commerce, customer behaviour, and marketing analytics
Communication & Interpersonal Skills:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex insights to various stakeholders
- Proven ability to develop compelling narratives and present data-driven insights to senior management and other business groups
- Strong capability in developing and articulating thoughts and strategic recommendations in slide decks for presentations
- Strong collaborative skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to mentor and provide guidance to junior team members

- Previous experience in the technology or consumer electronics industry
- Familiarity with the Personal Workspace product category (peripheral devices)
