The role
What you'll do
-
Develop, configure and customize ServiceNow web portal

Implement and enhance ServiceNow ISTM modules (Incident, Problem, Request, Change Management, CMDB, and Asset Management)
-
Perform integrations between ServiceNow applications and external business applications
-
Work closely with end users to gather and implement ServiceNow custom workflows
-
Participate and contribute advanced design and code reviews
-
Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and release notes
What we're looking for
-
3+years ServiceNow development experience
-
Excellent knowledge in terms of inbound/outbound API integration
-
Experience investigating and solution-preparing for defects regarding Integrations with third parties
-
Thorough understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes
-
ServiceNow Certification (Certified System Administrator or Application Developer) highly desired
-
Proficiency with Python and Linux-based platforms will be considered an advantage
-
Self-starter adept at managing multiple tasks responsibly
-
Eagerness to excel in documenting processes and updating stakeholders proactively
-
Strong time management skills essential for tracking workflow efficiently
