The role
As we pursue ambitious growth targets, we're seeking a Senior Account Executive – New Business to support Pwrteams new business development. You will play a key role in driving our business growth by acquiring and onboarding new clients. This is a strategic sales role focused on identifying and managing business opportunities, building relationships with prospective customers, and delivering tailored nearshore offerings to companies we have not yet been working with.

What you'll do
- Net new revenue: You are responsible for bringing in net new, recurring revenue through closing business opportunities for companies in Europe and North America that come from our Sales&Marketing activities.

Prospecting: You own your book of business and build strategies to fill your pipeline of leads and conversations.

Qualification: You drive opportunities from early stage to the finishing line and understand the key metrics of progressing qualified leads through the pipeline.

Internal collaboration and organisational development: BDR’s and SDR’s will support pipeline generating activities, and you will be working closely with additional internal stakeholders like Senior and Regional Management, Talent Acquisition, Client Partners, Marketing and other key people in our organization. It will be your responsibility to create a Sales-Playbook for our teams to further professionalize our sales function and harmonize the inter-company collaboration.
- Sales management: You guide prospects through their evaluation process, influence decision criteria and support building business cases that trigger action across complex buying decisions engaging nearshore operations.
- CRM & Data: You maintain data hygiene in our CRM, forecast with accuracy and make data driven decisions across your sales funnel, supported by our internal sales team.

Reporting: You will generate regular reports on sales activities, performance metrics, and revenue forecasts for senior management review.
What we're looking for

You have a proven track record of +3 years in a new business (B2B, SaaS) closing sales role.

Advantage: Industry knowledge in professional services, particularly in business process outsourcing or staff augmentation.

You see yourself as a “hunter” and enjoy developing creative prospecting strategies.

You are driven and result-oriented for ways to overachieve against your targets.

Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and align with other departments.
- Solid understanding of sales processes, techniques, and best practices (Preferably in HubSpot CRM environment or similar).

Fluent in English, with proficiency in writing and/or leading proposal efforts.

Willingness and ability to travel on behalf of business needs.
